This American Cape Cod inspired home began on a completely blank, grassy hillside. The clients envisioned a timeless blue weatherboard home with crisp white trims and classic proportions, and we were trusted to bring that vision to life.

The entrance sets the tone... white columns, a traditional awning and a warm sense of arrival. Natural stone is used throughout, including the basement cladding, adding texture and an enduring feel. The four car garage is tucked discreetly down the side of the home with its own road crossing, keeping the main frontage clean and uncluttered.

With the large sloping site, landscaping became a major design feature. Retaining walls, exterior steps and terraced levels shape the property into functional, inviting outdoor spaces. The pool, water features and extensive lighting work together to create a resort like atmosphere that feels calm by day and beautifully dramatic at night.
